Quality system

Offering products dedicated to scar healing treatment puts Ekkyo in an extremely demanding environment in terms of quality, transparency, safety and follow-up of its products.

In 2008, Ekkyo obtained the certification ISO 13485:2003 for the design, manufacturing and marketing of its medical laser intended to improve the scar healing process

ISO-certified 9001:2000, its quality management system is structured into 5 processes, which fall into three different categories: management, realization and support.

An internal program of control of all these processes is realized. This internal control has for objective to verify that the quality of products corresponds to the planned requirements, that the fixed goals are reached and to determine the efficiency of the process.

Results of these internal audits are used as entry data to the biannual management reviews during which the efficiency and the relevance of the management quality system are verified.
